Arkady Itkin is a civil litigation attorney, licensed to practice law in the State of California and Northern U.S. District Court. He is a member of San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California Association, and the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of California.
Mr. Itkin specializes handling serious personal injury cases and employment law claims. He has obtained numerous significant settlements and arbitration awards on serious injury cases and workplace discrimination and harassment claims in 2007 and 2008.
Mr. Itkin received his J.D. degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge Law School, and B.A. in Philosophy at San Francisco State University.
Prior to and while attending law school, Mr. Itkin worked as a paralegal and a law clerk in several prominent civil litigation law firms in San Francisco, South Bay, and Sacramento.
Mr. Itkin is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
